We want you to love your Montano piece. Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Due to their personal nature and the time invested in their creation, made-to-order items cannot be returned. We strongly encourage reaching out with any sizing questions before ordering custom pieces. For exchanges, we'll cover return shipping within the continental United States.

Silk is a living fiber that rewards gentle care. We recommend hand washing in cool water with a pH-neutral detergent specifically formulated for silk. Never wring or twist—instead, press water out gently and lay flat on a clean towel to dry. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade colors. Yes, we happily offer custom sizing on all made-to-order pieces at no additional charge. When placing your order, select "Custom" as your size and include your bust, waist, hip, and torso length measurements in the order notes. Laura personally reviews all custom orders and may reach out via email if she needs additional measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

Our silks are sourced from heritage mills, our laces from French artisans. Each piece is made to order in just 3 days. Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are sent via tracked express shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country. We always mark packages accurately as "Women's Silk Garments" with the full value declared. Typical delivery times: USA 5-7 days, Europe 7-10 days, Asia-Pacific 10-14 days, Rest of World 10-14 days.
